Consulting Services

Consulting Services are negotiated with mediadogg Software LLC, usually in the context of software purchase and customization. Consulting Services could also include email, phone or other forms of consultation, as agreed and negotiated within the consulting engagements. As each engagement is different, and tailored to the needs of the customer, pricing is variable and contingent upon services provided and engagement agreements.

During the engament negitions, mediadogg Software LLC will specifiy how many units of Consulting Services are required to satisfy the terms of the engagement. This flexibility allows for expansion of the engagement by simply adding components. The customer will then purchase additional uinits of Consulting Services to satisfy payment for the additonal components.

All other Terms and Conditions are determined by the terms of each specific engagement.
